Baccarat Hotel And Residences urgently needs the services of qualified, hardworking and determined personnel, As the Hotel Management intends to increase its manpower base due to plans to improve on service offered as well as unpredictable day to day increase in number of customers to the hotel.

Available positions:

RECEPTIONISTS

As Receptionist it is your role to deliver a warm and efficient welcome to our guests. The receptionist is the first point of contact for guests when they book rooms, to dine and check in and their last point of contact when they check out; we want them to leave happy and satisfied, looking forward to their next visit. This role also involves every day administration for the hotel, dealing with ordering, emails, typing up menus etc.

Duties to include:

  • Provide a warm, vibrant welcome to all guests on their arrival.
  • To assist guests in a friendly, courteous and professional manner with their bookings, stay and dining experiences, ensuring any special requirements are noted.
  • Check in/out of hotel guests.
  • Take restaurant bookings.
  • Take every opportunity to upsell all aspects of Foyles of Glasbury to add to the guests visit.
  • Daily administration including dealing with phone, email and online bookings and enquiries, special requests, ordering for departments, typing up of menus, update kitchen boards etc.
  • Helping with event organisation.

Essential Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year's reception experience in a hotel or 1-3 years' experience in customer facing/service role.
  • Passion for high standards of guest service.
  • Excellent and courteous phone manner.
  • Excellent written and typing skills.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft packages and ideally hotel software systems.
  • Able to communicate clearly, confidently and courteously.
  • Great organisational skills.
  • Salary dependent on experience. The Receptionist role is a full time position based around shifts and we need cover for 7 days a week for the below hours daily.

- Provide counselling to beneficiaries with regard to psychological

- Work with partners to take referrals of psychological cases;
- Identify and deal with Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) cases;
- Provide psychological response;
- Participate in SGBV prevention events;
- Conduct visits to the asylum seekers' Reception Center;
- Assist in training the PoCs and UNHCR Partners on SGBV, PFA, stress
management, etc.;
- Prepare psychological reports on individual cases;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to the Project Coordinator;
- Participate in the training sessions assigned by the Project
Coordinator and ARCS Secretary General and share the knowledge gained
through workshops/ meetings, etc.;
- Perform other relevant responsibilities and tasks of the Project
Coordinator and ARCS Secretary General.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree or higher in Psychology;
- At least 5 years of experience in psychological counselling;
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of an interdisciplinary team;

- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Full IT literacy: Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Email;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Ability to keep confidentiality and meet deadlines;
- Ability to travel within Armenia.

TITLE: Technical Support Specialist

LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

JOB DESCRIPTION: N/A

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level;
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries regarding the
technical issues;
- Follow up on customer inquires not immediately resolved;
- Provide customers with product and service information;
- Upsell products and services;
- Identify and resolve customer issues using the computer system;
- Complete call logs and reports;
- Transfer customer calls to the appropriate technical staff;
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer
calls.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in a technical field is a plus;
- Experience in a relevant field is an asset;
- Knowledge of IT protocols;
- Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette;
- Ability to work with people in conflict situations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Pleasant and friendly mannerism;
- Good social skills;
- Flexible personality with teamwork abilities;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Advanced computer skills: experience with MS Office;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of technical
English language is a plus.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Salary, plus a full medical insurance,
professional training.
