TITLE: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer will provide
strong expertise and planning in the areas of automated and manual QA
activities for the applications developed by the Questrade Technology
Group (QTG), with particular focus on client services (account opening,
client portal and other client-facing applications), the trading
platform, web components and high volume data flow and transactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write test strategies, test plans, and test cases throughout the
development life cycle;
- Ensure test plans thoroughly cover all requirements and use cases;
- Plan, schedule and perform manual and automated software tests;
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for QA activities to other
team members;
- Develop and direct the development of test scripts using automated
testing tools;
- Foster a continuous improvement approach to QA activities;
- Review tools implementations and encourage best practices and sound
design principles while remaining practical and deadline driven;
- Train other departments on the use of custom developed tools;
- Assist in building the test automation architecture;
- Work closely with development to perform early testing on components
prior to integration builds;
- Work closely to business analysts, functional specification writers and
user experience designers to perform early validation on requirements and
other documentation, in order to uncover gaps and ensure test cases can
be written effectively;
- Manage defect tracking; proactively identify risks and report them to
the management; monitor and report results;
- Report the QA status, as appropriate, to keep project stakeholders
informed on deliverables and timelines.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
- 5-10 years of experience with solid progression in responsibility;
- Working knowledge of scripting for automated testing; knowledge of
JavaScript is desired;
- Working knowledge of testing web-based applications; automation
experience based on Selenium is desired;
- Working knowledge of Windows environments, Linux/ Unix and Mac OS is
desired;
- Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle; methodology and
testing knowledge;
- Advanced knowledge of the quality assurance techniques, testing
concepts, methodologies and tools;
- Expert ability to apply concepts of unit, system, regression, product,
integration and acceptance testing;
- Expert ability to apply quality assurance knowledge to in-depth testing
and test plans;
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to investigate and
research multiple sources;
- Excellent interpersonal and oral/ written communications skills;
- Desirable knowledge of equities trading concepts;
- Desirable experience with testing high performance systems;
- Experience working in an agile environment is nice to have;
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in automation testing approaches and
tools;
- Ability to work independently.

particularly within the Equities realm, is a very important asset;
- Expert ability to apply concepts of unit, system, regression, product,
integration and acceptance testing;
- Broad experience using different testing tools (JMeter, JProfiler,
Selenium, etc.); ability to adapt with and learn quickly with any other
testing tool;
- Good understanding of automation testing approaches.

JOB DESCRIPTION: World Vision Armenia is looking for a Project
Coordinator for "Skills and Knowledge for Youth Economic-Empowerment"
(SKYE) project, which is pending for final approval from donor. The SKYE
Project Coordinator will be responsible for a day-to-day project
management and will be directly involved in project activities to ensure
their compliance with the project goal and donor requirements. This
includes partner mapping, beneficiary identification and mobilization,
capacity building of the involved parties, and organization of other
activities as per the approved project activity plan. The Project
Coordinator will be also overseeing the local implementing partners in
implementing the activities as per the signed agreements including
monitoring of their activities and reviewing progress reports. The
Project Coordinator will closely engage with other partners to ensure
their expertise and experience of the field is considered throughout the
project implementation.
The goal of the SKYE project is to contribute to enhanced access to
employment opportunities and livelihoods for displaced and
conflict-affected youth in Armenia. The target group of the project are
conflict-affected, displaced young people living in Armenia. These youth
will be supported to become active members of their communities, and to
increase their ability of employment and self-employment through
education, internships, business projects, etc. The project will be
implemented in Yerevan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for a smooth implementation of all the project activities
as per the elaborated project action plan and ensuring compliance with
the project goal and donor requirements;
- Oversee the project implementing partners' implementation of project
activities as per the signed agreements;
- Establish and maintain effective project reporting, evaluation, and
communication systems;
- Submit timely accurate and professional progress reports to the
Supervisor;
- Manage grant/ project budget within approved spending levels and ensure
accurate and timely financial reports to the finance department;
- Ensure project partners' expense reports are timely submitted and duly
validated as per WV and donor regulations;
- Be aware and prepared to implement National Office Humanitarian and
Emergency Affairs (HEA) plan;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: The following knowledge, skills, and abilities
may have been acquired through a combination of formal schooling,
self-education, prior experience, or on-the-job training:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences;
- Proven ability to develop and communicate a common vision among diverse
partners and the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams;
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and oral and written
communication skills in Armenian and English languages;
- At least 1 year of experience in project management working with
international organizations and particularly within the refugee
projects;
- Experience in any area related to children and youth development,
refugee issues;
- Experienced in international organizations, particularly about
implementation, budgeting, reporting and other documentation related
requirements; experience in working with refugee related projects,
particularly with refugees from Syria will be a plus;
- Computer aptitude and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint;
- Self-disciplined personality with good time management skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation; good interpersonal and
negotiation skills;
- Ability to produce clear and well organized documents;
- Understanding of programme and project reporting requirements;
- Ability to identify gaps, trends, priorities and key issues;
- Commitment to learning for transformation;
- Cross-cultural sensitivity, adaptability and flexibility;
- Honesty and commitment to World Vision principles;
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a team environment;
- Willingness to be flexible with hours when necessary and ability to
travel locally up to 50 percent of time.

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Executive Assistant/ Secretary provides
administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director, prepares
documentation, manages information flow, business trip arrangements. The
incumbent performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing
correspondence, handling visitors, accepting and routing calls, arranging
conference calls, performing translations, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Executive Director;
- Prepare and edit documents and correspondence;
- Ensure proper and timely processing and filing of all documents, both
hard and electronic copies;
- Transfer the Company's telephone calls to employees;
- Manage entering and registering of purchased materials, equipment and
other goods in a timely manner;
- Support the organization of procurement processes including preparation
of all necessary documents, bids or proposals, their preliminary
evaluation;
- Make translation of documents from Armenian to English language and
vice-versa;
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director and the
members of the Management Board.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher education;
- 2 years of relevant experience;
- Organizational and problem-solving skills;
- Responsibility and attention to details;
- Flexibility and ability to organize several tasks at the same time;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Armenian, Russian and English
languages;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word,
