Description
Benivo (formerly FlatClub) is currently seeking a Tech Leader/ Developer with at least 6 years of relevant experience, who is passionate about leading a Development Team to success and loves designing cutting-edge technology and is a talented Tech Leader who wants to grow and challenge themselves and enjoys working creatively and collaboratively to create a unique product.

Responsibilities
- Lead the team and provide guidance to the Developers throughout the features to produce a high-quality product using server side (ASP.NET MVC and/ or Web API) and client-side code (AngularJS) in dynamic Scrum environment;
- Take ownership of product and lead processes, design, develop, deploy and implement .NET web-based application;
- Ensure the code conforms to application architecture/ design and meets the required quality, standards, security and performance;
- Act as a hands-on Team Lead in an Agile environment;
- Mentor and coach team members for professional growth.

RequiredQualifications
- More than 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/ Technical Leader;
- More than 6 years of experience as a .NET Developer, with an emphasis on web environments;
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented design, data structures, systems and applications programming and multithreading programming;
- Experience with web client-side technologies, particularly AngularJS;
- Experience with SQL (SQL server);
- Experience in team leading, technical leading and Scrum Master;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Experience in working in a product company is a plus;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure is a plus.
