Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation, organization and delivery of trainings, necessary to Customer Care Department staff, as well as for on-time and correct communication provision within the Customer Care Department.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver trainings on new products and services, as well as skills for customer service quality improvement inside the Customer Care Department;
- Prepare presentations and training materials on Company's products and services, procedures, customer service, etc.;
- Responsible for on-time and accurate communication inside Customer Care Department, particularly to front line teams via e-mail;
- Responsible for transversal communication with other departments on information sharing;
- Follow up and keep information on KBT (Knowledge Base Tool) updated;
- Report on a monthly/ weekly basis to the direct supervisor or manager based on need.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree, preferably in Social Humanities or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field;
- Strong communication and training handling skills;
- Knowledge of MS office; good knowledge of PowerPoint and Internet navigation skills;
- Ability to deliver trainings and quality materials in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Flexible and analytical thinking;
- Quick orientation skills.
