Description
Ameriabank is looking for a Training and Development Specialist to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and/ or conducting training programs that will boost employees' workplace performance in alliance with the Company's core values.

Responsibilities
- Identify training and development needs within the Organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the Organisation and the individual;
- Research and benchmark the best practices in training and development;
- Schedule and follow up on staff training in accordance with the annual training plan;
- Handle out-of-schedule applications;
- Conduct market research based on the annual trainings plan and compile the list of targeted training centers and programs;
- Assist employees in their individual development planning process;
- Design and create training manuals and course materials;
- Implement distance, online and other modern and effective learning tools;
- Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials;
- Monitor and evaluate proposed training programs to ensure they are current and effective;
- Organize training process, analyze collected applications and proposals, as well as estimate the costs;
- Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment and coordinating enrollment;
- Process all kind of reports, calculation, planning and budgeting activities;
- Calculate employees' training hours to measure the relevant KPIs;
- Arrange training evaluation processes and conduct analysis of data received;
- Make recommendations on improvement of the trainings efficiency, process streamlining and performance increase;
- Revision of training and testing procedures based on requirements.

RequiredQualifications
- BA/ MA in Humanitarian Studies;
- Proven work experience in the field of learning and organizational development;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- High negotiation skills; an ability to motivate people; strong interpersonal skills;
- High potential; initiative and creativity; a strong ability to improve;
- Strong organizational and planning skills; an ability to meet deadlines and objectives, handle projects and work successfully in a team;
- Analytical skills to evaluate training programs, methods, models and materials, and choose those that best fit each training need.
