Description
VOLO is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to fulfill the position of IT Recruiter.

Responsibilities
- Provide sourcing of candidates for identified positions and research of the IT market;
- Develop and execute a sourcing strategy that includes identification of candidates through professional and social networks, internal databases and online postings;
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, etc.;
- Coordinate communications with applicants/ candidates;
- Responsible for scheduling interviews, participate in technical interviews, conduct HR interviews with selected candidates;
- Responsible for keeping the internal applicant tracking system up to date;
- Participate in meetings with colleagues and senior management to prioritize sourcing efforts based on priority levels across all open positions.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or performing human resources functions; experience in IT is desirable;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure;
- Research skills for sourcing of candidates;
- Understanding of creative and current recruiting methods;
- Ability to perform complex functions, establish priorities and resolve issues independently;
- Proficient knowledge of the IT Industry is a plus.
