Develop and coordinate the implementation of the bank's operational risks management system.

Responsibilities
-Analyze and assess operational risks associated with the Bank processes and systems (including IT systems), recommend operational risk management solutions
-Maintain, analyze and assess the bank database of operational incidents
-Assess and monitor operational limit risks
-Develop operational risk management principles and standards
-Regularly review risk management principles, make recommendations to bring them into compliance with the general strategy
-Perform quantitative and qualitative risk analysis
-Develop risk assessment and analysis reports and submit them to the bank's management and other stakeholders
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field
-At least 2 years of previous work experience in banking risk management and/or IT spheres
-Ability to develop and implement projects, proficiency in performing financial and statistical analyses
-Communication and team-player skills, ability to cooperate
-Creative thinking, consultation skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AS Bank 4.0
-Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
