Description
Bass Boutique Hotel is seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join its team. This unique individual must possess excellent communication skills in customer relations, be flexible in targeting new business and exceed established goals for their market segment. In addition, they will develop new clients for boosting hotel sales. The Company is looking for a dynamic, proactive person who can take the initiative and maintain, as well as build the existing client base. The Sales Assistant will represent the Company's products and services to existing/ potential customers and assist them in selecting the best suited to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Target new business opportunities;
- Build and maintain existing relationships;
- Develop and maintain a contact and customer database;
- Prepare sales proposals for clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions;
- Establish an effective sales call cycle for key customers, existing and new partners;
- Work to achieve agreed goals and objectives;
- Report to a superior;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 1 year of hotel corporate sales experience and possession of a network of contacts;
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality/ Tourism Management would be an asset;
- Commitment to exceeding guest expectations;
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of other computer software applications is preferred;
- Advanced written and oral communication skills (Armenian, Russian and English languages);
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities;
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle everyday situations quickly and effectively;
- Entrepreneurial spirit is a definite asset.
