Description
The Project Manager for ReStore Project will report directly to the Program Director/ Head of Program department. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the project, inclusive of supervision and coordination of the project activities planning and implementation. He/ she will also ensure the timely and efficient delivery of Project outputs leading to the achievement of expected results.

Responsibilities
- Implement management, effective implementation and evaluation of the project in accordance with EU and HFHA requirements;
- Work as part of Habitat Armenia team to reach strategic targets, ensuring that all activity complies with Company ethos, policies and procedures;
- Develop a successful business plan including financial analysis with various financial scenarios;
- Implement management and effective implementation of the project in accordance with the project business (work) plan;
- Drive donations and sales; manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control;
- Ensure all legal, governmental and grant requirements are met;
- Identify key performance indicators as well as develop and maintain a monitoring and evaluation system to ensure achievement of project targets, provision of feedback and elaboration of quality progress reports, to ensure effective information sharing;
- Work with the EU Delegation to Armenia on all aspects related to the Project upon necessity;
- Prepare all kind of reporting for external and internal use;
- Perform any other duties connected directly with the implementation of the Project as assigned.

Staff and Volunteer Management:
- Ensure RLC project is adequately staffed and operated by employees/ volunteers with the knowledge skills and abilities to accomplish assigned tasks;
- Establish clear lines of internal communication between all team members to ensure that information flows in a coordinated fashion. This will include establishing regular team meetings, assigning tasks as required and ensuring timely delivery, monitoring work output and reviewing project assignments and conducting periodic performance appraisals, etc.;
- Participate in the recruitment and training of the project employees and volunteers;
- Manage and motivate teams of volunteers to ensure a high level of customer service and donor relations;
- Ensure all employees/ volunteers understand and can effectively communicate Habitat Armenia and the project mission to the public;
- Follow up Habitat Armenia HR procedures.

Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing (including advertising) and communications strategy to increase donations, sales and volunteer participation;
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing donors, including individuals, businesses, communities, etc.;
- Establish clear lines of external communication. This will include facilitation of a smooth collaboration between all key project stakeholders by ensuring a continuous flow of information and participation in project workshops and other activities as required. As well as ensure high quality information and visibility of the Project activities to the mass media and stakeholders with the Resource Development Team.

Finance and Administration:
- Organize and coordinate procurement when necessary in accordance with EU and HFHA procedures, participate in the evaluation of tender documents and consultant proposals, prepare contracts in close collaboration with lawyer, etc.;
- Manage efficiently the financial resources of the Project, including budgeting and budget revisions, as well as responsible for project financial reporting.

RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of experience of responsible leadership, preferably in a retail environment;
- Ability to develop business plan and implementation of the plan;
- Ability to direct successful teams, with accountability for meeting objectives;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, internally and externally, with groups and individuals, and the ability to verbally convey Habitat for Humanity's work with confidence and credibility;
- Experience in networking, nurturing and managing relationships with key stakeholders;
- Strong computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Strong written and verbal skills in English language; excellent written and verbal skills in Armenian language;
- Person committed to the vision and mission of Habitat for Humanity Armenia and a working style that reflects these.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in working within construction and/ or home improvement retail sector;
- Experience in working with volunteers;
- Ability to safely move stock items, potentially up to 25 kg;
- Availability of valid driving license and access to a car to undertake duties associated with this role.
