Description
The B2B Sales Assistant will support the Account Executive in the management of business to grow market share and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
-Assist in managing the entire sales cycle
-Welcome new accounts to Margasoft by responding to sales inquiries via phone and email
-Continually increase products and services expertise by participating in trainings and demo activities
-Conduct a deep research on account, history, org structure, key contacts, decision makers, etc.
-Assist in creating communication strategy based on the found information
-Participate in all meetings / conferences with account contacts
-Analyze account needs to find the best solutions to meet those needs
-Assist in creating all necessary materials for the client's needs
-Maintain periodic communication with accounts to build solid relationship with them
-Regularly update CRM system with the latest customer information, and use customer intelligence for account planning purposes
-Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging to customers, and help them to help converting leads into accounts
-Communicate with Marketing team to Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
-Present the company's offerings of CSD services, DataPlay and MICMA products
-Find and participate in software development RFPs
-Keep abreast of best practices and market trends

RequiredQualifications
-Fluent verbal and written English communication skills are must
-MBA or MS in Social Sciences (Economics, Marketing, and relevant disciplines)
-Analytic mindset
-Excellent communication/presentation skills, negotiation skills and ability to build relationships
-Experienced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other documentation systems
-100% commitment to finished results
-Coachability, interest in implementing feedback, and dedication to the consistent improvement of your craft
-Basic knowledge of software implementations and cloud technologies
-Past experience in B2B sales and prospecting is a PLUS
-Ability to work late hours and overtime when needed
