The Recruitment Coordinator will coordinate and execute Teach For Armenia's recruitment strategies. This person must clearly articulate the vision for what success looks like in the long-term for each recruitment channel, given its specific context. He/ she must design strategy for each target segment. This role is essential to ensuring the sustainable growth of the organizations impact through the recruitment of top professionals and recent graduates. The Recruitment Coordinator is also responsible for coordinating on-the-ground efforts of all recruiters to ensure that targets are met. The role entails hiring, training and management of seasonal recruiters for on-the-ground efforts. He/ she must have exceptional written and oral communication skills, strategic thinking, and excellent ability to influence and motivate others.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Teach For Armenia's recruitment strategy to generate increased awareness of the program among its target markets;
- Research and analyze the organization's target markets to clearly understand its characteristics; provide ongoing support in formulating core messages and identifying key communication channels;
- Support in building and sourcing strategy to identify channels for relevant talent markets;
- Build and maintain contact with universities and other relevant organizations for potential target markets;
- Build an onboarding plan for seasonal recruiters;
- Manage seasonal recruiters team;
- Develop and maintain a tracking system for all seasonal recruiters;
- Overall responsible for achieving recruitment targets;
- Execute recruitment activities at universities;
- Identify and cultivate top candidates to apply to the program;
- Deliver presentations about the Teach For Armenia Fellowship and coordinate recruitment events;
- Keep track of all recruitment data; actively participate in the development of the organization's recruitment strategy;
- Support during Assessment Centers Fellowship candidates (stage 3 of the selection process for the Fellowship).

General Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly analyze the dynamics and culture behind each target audience;
- Understand the web of influences and "key players" within each target audience;
- Effectively formulate specific core messages that lead to certain desired behaviors from each target audience;
- Identify key communication channels and other relevant tactics through which the organization can send its key messages to each target audience;
- Review the recruitment and marketing strategic activities, processes on a regular basis to adapt strategy as needed and plan needed innovations and changes based on outcomes and data;
- Be a strategic thought partner to the Head of Recruitment, Selection, and Matriculation on how the organization can effectively keep raising the profile of the program and generate interest from top talent in Armenia and abroad to apply.

- Ability to provide feedback to seasonal recruiters on presentations and written communication pieces.
