Responsibilities

- Compose, type and print letters, memos, agenda, reports and other documents as requested by Assistant Vice President. Provide secretarial and/or editorial assistance
- Assist in preparing reports for USAID, EU and other grants
- Manage photocopy, fax, mail, and distribute materials, as appropriate or directed. Routing and prioritizing mail to Assistant Vice President and the other staff members
- Arrange and confirm appointments for the Assistant Vice President. Refer callers, answering varied inquiries
- Establish and maintain different records and files. Maintain databases
- Attend and take minutes of various committee meeting
- Maintain schedules and calendars. Process expense accounts
- Maintain department's filing systems
- Act as receptionist and respond to all telephone and walk-in inquiries
- Monitor and order office supplies and maintain an attractive and clean office
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor(s)

RequiredQualifications

- Undergraduate Degree/University Diploma in a relevant field
- Strong written/oral communication skills in English, Armenian
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database management)
- Relevant work experience of 1 year and more
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to work with a variety of constituencies
