• B.S./M.S. in Business Administration, Business Process Architecture, an exact science or any relevant field

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, quality management

• Extensive experience with Process modeling

• Able to analyze process quality, effectiveness, efficiency and adaptability using various analysis techniques

• Able to identify issues, convert challenges into working opportunities, and make recommendations to executives

• Able to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies

• Able to apply business process architectural principles to business solutions

• Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business

• Able to visualize and create models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture

• Extensive experience with the BPM life cycle (including process analysis, design, build, deploy/implement, monitor/control and cont. improvement)

• Extensive experience with Statistical Modeling, Design of Experiments and Strong Analytical Skills

• Experience with statistical analysis

• Experience with Value and Sustainability oriented process modeling

• Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities

• Ability to apply architectural principles to business solutions

• Understanding of key financial and non-financial drivers of business performance

Responsibilities

Take a deep dive and map out to the finest detail various business processes

Identify process gaps and assess risks

Utilize data-driven, fact-based analytics to flag process problems

Design and deliver process architecture blueprints to project managers based on benchmarking, gap analysis and business specific needs

Apply a structured business process architecture approach and methodology when capturing and analyzing business processes

Create up-to-date re-usable process assets

Work closely with the software Product Team to build and assist in process automation

Maintain a pipeline of optimization projects

Provide guidance and expertise in executing BPM capabilities and deliverables

RequiredQualifications
