Description
Capital Management LLC is seeking the right individual with top-notch communication skills to answer inbound calls in its Telephone Receptionist Center.

Responsibilities
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish languages;
- Interpret and translate calls in English and Spanish languages;
- Provide an exceptional caller experience and a positive first impression;
- Precisely and consistently follow call-handling instructions on every call;
- Take detailed and accurate messages from callers and clients;
- Treat all callers as an extension of Company clients' business;
- Use proper spelling, grammar and logical message composition;
- Communicate professionally and enthusiastically;
- Answer inbound calls and take messages.

RequiredQualifications
- Pleasant and professional telephone voice;
- Ability to communicate effectively;
- Knowledge of English and Spanish languages;
- Excellent speller (90% or above required on a spelling test in English language);
- Ability to type 35+ wpm;
- Ability to work weekends;
- Previous telephone experience a plus;
- Customer service experience to some capacity;
- Experience working with high-volume of incoming calls is preferred;
- Positive and can-do attitude;
- A dependable, punctual and detail-oriented person;
- Team player;
- Previous telephone experience is a plus;
- Possession of a reliable car.
