Description
Responsibilities
- design the following engineering systems through Autocad or Archicad: ventilation, water supply and drainage, internal electrical networks, security systems, boiler room, chillers, pumping station and cooling system;
- Calculate the budget of the project;
- Provide the list of materials and equipment required for the project, indicating the type, quantity and quality of the materials;
- Supervision of the project during the installation, provision of necessary information and drawings for the correct execution of installation works;
- Choice of equipment and materials required for the project.
RequiredQualifications
- Univercity degree preferrably with the specialization of heating and gaz supply, ventilation, hot & cold water supply and sewerage
- Knowledge of Archicad or Autocad
- Computer skills
- Knowledge of normativ acts
- Fluent in Armenian and Russian
- Work experience in an appropriate field is prefferable
