LOCATION: Yerevan, Armenia

Responsibilities
-Participate in the lending process
-if the loan is issued, organize and conduct regular inspections of borrowers, lines of credit, collateral and current payment capacity of borrowers together with the colleagues from the lending unit
-Take prompt measures to check and verify the applicant's identity and authenticity of submitted documents during lending process, processing and execution of the respective loan agreement by the loan officer, and, if required, upon the instruction of the head of the unit
-gives opinion in the scope of approved authorities
-Together with the lending unit specialists, arrange and carry out monitoring of timely and proper performance of loan agreements
-report in writing to the head of unit
-Oversee works aimed to prevent leak of banking secrecy and confidential information
-Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the Security Service

RequiredQualifications
-University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere
-At least 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
-Knowledge of bank accounting fundamentals, banking legislation and prudential standards
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and AS Bank
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work independently and as a part of team
-Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines, result-driven performance
-Financial analysis skills
-Representation skills
-Commitment to work
-Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian languages
