Responsibilities

- Ensure day-to-day operation of Kamar Business Center through general administrative and logistic functions
- Organize and manage procurement of goods, materials and services (quotations, tenders) for the business center
- Manage procurement and lease contracts, monitor settlement documents under current agreements, oversee settlement documents flow
- Manage logistics, supplies and the warehouse
- Control and plan administrative and maintenance costs
- Manage documents, oversee the delivery of document packages by mail and couriers
- Coordinate activities of front desk receptionists and divers-suppliers
- Perform and control inventory taking, property maintenance, operation, disposal and procurement
- Oversee performance of tasks set by the management
- Organize, coordinate and oversee corporate and representation events; order and disseminate promo materials within the scope of such events, participate in event planning, organize guest invitation and reception

RequiredQualifications

- University degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field
- Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
- Work experience in relevant fields, minimum 3 years of experience in international organizations and/or financial institutions will be considered an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of best practices in procurement and contract management
- High-level performance, discipline and integrity
- Communication skills
- Strong representation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Management skills
