Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that advance and support company goals
- Lead and execute successful brand-wide marketing campaigns and promotions
- Measure the success of marketing and creative campaigns across the business
- Analyze the effect of the overall company strategies on marketing initiatives to align goals and visions and presented to the Head of Marketing
- Create and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, track and report on it
- Keep up to date with industry and technological changes that impact the business
- Oversee the company's loyalty program and CRM activities
- Develop innovative and non-traditional ways to go to market to support brand objectives
- Develop standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution and maintenance
- Produce engaging content both online and offline that converts target customers
- Select marketing agency partners and review their activities
- Lead all digital, event, brand and materials focusing on both B2B and B2C
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing campaign and content are in line with the overall business strategy and meet the needs of all key stakeholders

RequiredQualifications

- University degree in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of extensive work experience in Marketing
- Ability to handle big data, track metrics and process figure
- Ability to develop and oversee complex initiatives and drive them to successful conclusion
- Experience with analytics and knowledge of CRM systems and monitoring tools
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages, good knowledge of English language
