Responsibilities

- Oversee hotel lobby operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
- Represent property management in resolving any guest related situation
- Manage the flow of questions and direct guests within the lobby
- Respond to guest requests for every day queries as well as special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers such as Guest Relations, valet or Concierge
- Respond to requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Establish the guests needs within the Hotel Lobby area to reduce unnecessary queues at the Front Desk etc.
- Other related duties as assigned

RequiredQualifications

- BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 1 year work experience in relevant position
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
