Responsibilities

- Coordinate staff performance evaluation process
- Perform related data analysis and reporting
- Design and conduct staff surveys on as-needed basis
- Perform mapping of competences for the positions and identify training needs
- Prepare annual staff training plan based on PE and staff satisfaction survey's results
- Participate in developing and updating of staff training evaluation and monitoring plan and follow up with implementation
- Participate in the development of personnel policies and procedures
- Conduct HR-related research using Internet, other on-line sources and media and prepare presentations as needed
- Assist in preparing HR strategic planning
- Assist with grant proposal writing and implementation (TEMPUS and other)
- Input all related data into HR 1C system
- Perform translation of related materials
- Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

RequiredQualifications

- Master's degree in a relevant field (public and/or business administration, HR management)
- Computer skills (MS Office, spreadsheets, database management)
- Experience with 1C Software
- Fluency in English, Armenian and Russian
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and positive attitude
- Attention to details
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team
