Description
Publicis Hepta LLC is looking for a TV Media Planner/ Buyer to join its team.

Responsibilities
- Use knowledge of media planning and buying products, tools and services to support the team to deliver solid plans and drive innovation;
- Plan and buy TV wGRP based campaigns;
- Develop media plans;
- Book the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Marketing or a related field;
- Significant experience as a TV Media Planner/ Buyer;
- Strong TV media planning and delivery experience within a media agency;
- Strong understanding of full scope of media terminology: Reach, OTS, GRPs, etc.
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Knowledge of planning tools (Adwind Kite);
- Knowledge of methods of optimization of placement on TV;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Extremely detail-oriented personality.
