Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies according to Company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth;
- Coordinate sales team activities to develop "Land Rover", "Jaguar", "Ford", "Volvo", "Nissan", "Renault", "Chevrolet" auto brands in the local market;
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.);
- Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.);
- Set, agree and achieve sales departments profit margins and increase market share to meet sales targets;
- Review pricing policy, discounts to ensure profitability level is maintained;
- Build and develop a stable team that works together to drive and deliver performance, protect the brands' high standards of quality;
- Ensure that sales team have full knowledge and understanding of product, promotional and marketing activities;
- Analyse current procedures and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Communicate clearly, regularly and and promptly with customers, shareholders and colleagues, implement external relationship.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Business Administration, Finance or a relevant field;
- Proven experience as a Commercial Director or other relevant role;
- Proven experience in sales and/ or marketing and managing relationships with key clients;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Proven team management ability;
- High sense of responsibility and commitment;
- Strong character; sharp, goal-oriented person with an ability to sell;
- Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality.
