Responsibilities
- Carry out administrative tasks to assist the executive management
- Support the executive management in creating, editing and translating documents. Proofread and prepare clean copy documents including correspondence, reports, drafts and emails
- Assist the executive management in maintaining client relationships, including handling client acquisition processes such as preparation of various offers tender applications
- Manage records, incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide administrative support for the organization of events and meetings
- Update and add new content to the Company's website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages
- Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial tasks, including scheduling meetings and appointments, answering telephone calls and inquiries
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the executive management
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; university degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably with international environment exposure
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language would be a big plus
- Creativity, proven record of Facebook, and other social network creative postings/ publications
- Computer literacy: strong experience of working with MS Office programs
- Proven experience in translation in Armenian and English languages would be a major asset
- Proven experience in maintaining client relationships would be a major asset
- Excellent interpersonal/ social and communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented and attentive personality
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, commitment and a "can-do" attitude
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
