E-World Systems is looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. He/ she will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of the Company's strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Manage the talent acquisition, recruitment and selection process;
- Develop and design the Company culture and work ethics;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization;
- Nurture a positive working environment;
- Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and KPIs;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Tech companies;
- Knowledge of and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning and recruitment;
- Proven experience in development of organizational culture, employee relations, employee engagement, and employee development;
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship building and employee coaching skills;
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR Department staff members;
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team;
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment;
- Excellent organizational management skills;
- Team player.
