PicsArt LLC is looking for a Java Developer who is willing and able to contribute to PicsArt.

Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Java code;
- Ensure scalability and performance of applications;
- Design and implement data intensive jobs using big data technologies;
- Iteratively optimize existing code.

RequiredQualifications
- Working experience with Java-based back-end systems;
- Excellent knowledge of Java ecosystem;
- Familiarity with concepts of Spring framework, MVC, and REST;
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application;
- Familiarity with continuous deployment and integration systems;
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies like HDFS, HBase, MapReduce, Spark is a plus;
- Experience working with distributed systems is a plus;
- Working experience with Scala programming language is a plus.
