RequiredQualifications

• BS / MS degree in Electronics Engineering, Radio-physics, Microelectronics field with +3 years of experience in IC design and development;
  
• Strong knowledge of the device physics;
  
• Solid experience in design of the basic CMOS circuits like osc, opamps, voltage regulators, switches, logic circuits. High voltage block design experience is a plus;
  
• Hands on experience in simulation and verification tools, preferably with SNPS tools.
  
• Experience of working in Linux/ Unix environment, scripting.
  
• Data analyzing and debugging skills, identifying critical path, root cause analysis;
  
• Good communication skills including English written/verbal communications.
