Responsibilities
- Plans, directs and coordinates all activities of the company
- Responsible for the productivity and profitability of the company
- Supervise the general operations of an organization, including human resources, finances, sales, marketing and logistics
- Responsible for all legal and regulatory requirements, product and service delivery, upholding quality standards and ensuring the organization's financial health
- Control the recruiting and hiring processes, as well as mentor managers under his/her immediate supervision, in order to build the strong management team
- Responsible for development and coordination of the overall strategy and policy of the company
- Responsible for financial results of the company operations
- Sets goals and monitors their achievements
- Reports to shareholders on all activities of the company
- Represent the company in the business and state arenas and develop relationships with strategic partners and clients
- Responsible for management and development of company budget implementation.
RequiredQualifications
Master's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills of English and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable
At least 3 years of working experience in company or department management
Experience in project budgeting, leading and evaluation
Strong interpersonal, organizational skills
- Highly responsible and extremely reliable
- Understanding of the company's current products and future concepts
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
