Responsibilities
- Carrie out recruiting processes in order to attract the best talent,
- Carrie out on boarding procedures to make sure every new team member's smooth integration to the team,
- Develop talent retaining plan to keep the motivation and commitment of team members,
- Identify the professional development needs and develop training plans,
- Develop and implement initiatives that drive employee engagement,
- Execute personnel programs i.e. performance evaluation, performance appraisal, motivation programs, etc.,
- Create and develop company policies, procedures, employee handbook, culture book, etc.,
- Organize various internal and external events, team-building activities,
- Develop and maintain the best corporate culture, employee relations,
- Conduct employee surveys, make analyses and reports, create action plans,
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with RA law,
- Carrie out other functions related to the job for the happiness of the team members and smooth operations of the company.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in a related field,
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages,
- Ability to communicate effectively with different people,
- Being a team player and the "Go to" person in the team,
- Good written and verbal communication skills,
- Sense of responsibility; ability to meet deadlines,
- Knowledge of HR functions and HR life cycle,
- Knowledge of MS Office and other computer skills,
- Solid knowledge of RA labor legislation and HR practices.
