Responsibilities

- Receiving and answering phone calls and e-mails
- Arrange and coordinate care reservations from different countries
- Assist and prepare regular scheduled reports
- Prepare invoices and monthly reports for the franchiser
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Provide general support to local and international visitors/clients
- Submit and reconcile expense reports and make bank transfers
- Make flight/ticket bookings
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Keep personnel records
- Other responsibilities within the position assigned directly by the Director

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education: preferably with technical background
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages
- PC knowledge: MS Office
- Work experience in tourism will be an advantage
- Personal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tasks in time
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
