Responsibilities

- Provide software installation and training services to clients (on-site and online)
- Provide support to clients for software and hardware related issues
- Propose solutions addressing client's business needs
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer's needs

RequiredQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service role
- Very good knowledge of both oral and written English
- Good computer and technical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
- Ability to learn fast and work under pressure
