Responsibilities
- Act as high level contact person for core customers of agro industry
- Develop current relationship with existing customers of agro industry
- Communicate and resolve key issues of agro industry customers
- Identify existing client development opportunities and manage potential cross-selling and up-selling deals in agro industry
- Analyze business development opportunities, possible areas for new projects and cooperation initiatives in agro industry and present recommendations
- Lead and manage business development initiatives and new leads in lending of agro industry
- Develop, manage and coordinate projects related to products and propositions financing in agro industry
- Ensure implementation of lending, growth of agro industry-targeted portfolio, benchmark structure and quality
- Ensure internal coordination of agro industry loan portfolio underwriting and management processes
- Participate in NPL case management and support in case of restructuring related to agro industry loan portfolio
- Ensure communication and cooperation with agro industry community, where required, represent the bank in business events, meetings related to agro industry.
RequiredQualifications
- Ambitious professional with a university degree in finance, business administration, economics or other related field
- From 5-10 years of experience in agro industry, also in finance
- Strong expertise and visionary in agro industry
- Strong entrepreneurial skills and emotional intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, and with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated broad knowledge in agro industries, strong awareness of on-going trends in relevant sphere, in-depth understanding of ways to develop and support corporate banking business
- Must be broadly creative, seek innovative solutions and be able to make clear decisions
- Good understanding of business development principles required
- Demonstrated independent leadership in strategic and/or technology projects
- Strong analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
