Responsibilities

- Work with existing and potential borrowers to identify their needs
- Identify and collect appropriate documentation from each applicant
- Implement processing and analysis of loan applications from customers
- Analyze financial and credit information and complete loan underwriting processes
- Occasionally perform monitoring of pledged properties
- Participate in ongoing development of loan policies and procedures
- Participate in project development
- Regularly prepare reports on loan applications and portfolio for the company management review
- Perform related tasks, as required

RequiredQualifications

- University degree; Master's degree in Economics or Finance
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Armenian language; knowledge of English and Russian languages is preferable
- Analytical thinking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High sense of responsibility
- Computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
