Responsibilities
- Provide ATM technical support and withdrawal of confiscated cards;
- Install and support POS terminals at the point of sales and Bank's branches;
- Train employees from sales of points on card services;
- Monitor ATM and POS terminals.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in a technical field;
- Sufficient knowledge of computer technology support;
- Computer skills: MS Word and Excel;
- Experience in the field of ATM service will be considered as an advantage;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is desirable;
- Ability to identify problems and make decisions;
- Communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work under pressure.
