Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office with a positive, helpful attitude,

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person,

  • Answer phone calls in a professional manner, take messages, screen and forward incoming phone calls as necessary,

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material,

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries,

  • Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs,

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings,

  • Assist colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.

RequiredQualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role,

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers),

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English,

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise,

  • Excellent organizational skills,

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks,

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
