Responsibilities

- Prepare the annual report of about the Bank activities
- Develop the Bank medium-term key strategic indicators and the Strategy program
- Monitor and make reports on KPIs in relation to the Strategic goals
- Carry out quarterly analyses on the indicators of the Armenian banking system
- Carry out yearly analyses on macroeconomic environment and identify opportunities and threats
- Monitor the Bank's competitive environment and disclose the strengths and weaknesses of its competitors
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis within the strategy development

RequiredQualifications

- Higher education in Economy/Finance or relevant field
- Work experience in the banking system is a plus
- 2-year work experience in a similar position in Armenian or international organizations is a plus
- Knowledge of the RA banking legislation is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Financial modelling and analytical skills
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work in different situations and quick orientation
