Responsibilities
- Explain computer concepts/ procedures/ policies to non-technical internal customers
- Collaborate and coordinate with members of other teams to track, isolate and resolve technical issues

- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English language
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to readily learn and adapt to new computing environments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple demands and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work with a team approach and in a service-oriented manner
- Communication skills; patience, tenacity and follow-through in tracking, troubleshooting and bringing to resolution internal and external customer support calls
