Description
Constant Development LLC is looking for a Chief Accountant who will control the day-to-day operations of the accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day operations of the accounting team in ArmSoft and 1C as well as with clients;
- Monitor compliance with accounting procedures and current legislation;
- Plan, organize and control workflow and document flow of the accounting department;
- Provide consultancy services to clients;
- Assist external/ internal audit processes, as well as tax inspections;
- Prepare internal reports, assist CEO in employment and performance assessment, reveal training needs of the accounting team;
- Perform other accounting activities as directed by the CEO.
RequiredQualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Chief Accountant;
- Excellent knowledge Armsoft and 1C;
- Knowledge of accounting standards;
- Knowledge of Armenian Tax code;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Responsible and punctual personality with attention to details;
- Good knowledge of Russian and English languages will be a plus.
