Description
Ginosi Apartels is looking to hire enthusiastic and smart people to take over the position of a Finance Associate. The ideal candidate should have high sense of confidentiality and be able to perform repetitive routine. The incumbent will be directly reporting to the Manager of Finance Operations.

Responsibilities
-Check and control financial transactions through assigned money accounts
-Add expenses such as salaries and commissions
-Work closely with Finance team members to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
-Actively work on fraud prevention
-Present the latest finance related policies and procedures
-Data entry and classification
-Other duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
-B.S./M.S. in any relevant field
-Computer proficiency, familiarity with Google apps
-Have basic understanding of financial processes and procedures
-Advanced level of the English language (written and spoken) is highly desired
-Possess good communication and listening skills
-Possess good organisational skills used in planning own work
-Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines in a busy office environment
-Able to respond effectively to changing priorities
-Self-motivated and detailed oriented personality
