Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises the activities of Ukraine software development staff (Developers, Project managers, Product owners)
- Provides guidance for employees as needed and supervises trainings implementation Implements company policies oversees
- Creates and controls budgets for managed office as well as the individual projects it takes on
- Implement systems for monitoring and evaluating effective management, expenditure of project budgets and resources, to achieve organizational goals
- Responsible for payroll oversight and submission of payroll reports by deadline as set by home office
- Monitor performance against standards and take timely corrective actions
- Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths
- Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals
- Initiate and develop long-term goals and plans to guide the work of the team in line with organizational objectives
- Liaisons with Board of Directors to make sure all efforts are in alignment.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Management role
- Excellent communicational skills in Russian and English (written and verbal)
- Negotiation skills
- Leadership skills
- Business development skills
- Working on multiple projects at the same time
- Highly motivated individual that can work independently
- Advanced computer skills and usage of MS Office, advanced user of Jira
- Able to move and live in Kharkov.
