Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the Bank and identify their needs,
  • Provide the corresponding consultation/information about the services rendered and the products offered by the Bank,
  • Provide the corresponding information to customers about their accounts and other current services,
  • Accept, inform about and provide the customers with new, reissued or confiscated plastic cards,
  • Provide customers with references, extracts, copies of payment documents on their accounts and other documents defined by internal legal acts of the Bank,
  • Complete clarification and solution of customers’ questions and issues raised; prompt responses to the emerged issues.

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education, 
  • Availability of the relevant work experience will be a plus, 
  • Knowledge of computer software /MS Office/,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages, 
  • Knowledge of the main requirements of effective customer service,
  • Proper work organization and time management skills,
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team,
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills,
  • Team-working,
  • Ability to multi-task.
