The Company is looking for a highly qualified Chief Accountant with deep knowledge and practical experience in an appropriate field.

Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the accounting activities in accordance with RA legislation;
- Provide advice on financial and accounting system matters, working extensively with computer systems, programs and software used in the Organization's accounting and financial management fields;
- Control income and expenditure;
- Audit financial information;
- Coordinate the process of financial/ accounting reports preparation;
- Provide financial assistance to various departments of the Company;
- Apply technical expertise of accounting and financial management standards, regulations, and guidance to make well-informed, effective and timely decisions and recommendations;
- Solve significant problems in the development of accounting systems or in the financial management of the Organization programs;
- Ensure accuracy of accounting transactions.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields; MBA is a plus;
- At least 4 years of professional experience in accounting, budgetary planning and control or public accounting;
- Extensive knowledge of accounting and auditing theory, principles, methods and procedures; knowledge of laws, rules and regulations;
- Good understanding of RA tax legislation;
- Experience with Armenian accounting software;
- Ability to understand the system of Finance and principles of Accountancy;
- Excellent knowledge of Tax legislation of the Republic of Armenia;
- Ability to prepare comprehensive accounting reports;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Advanced analytical skills;
- Proven ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within a firm;
- Ability to understand overall aims of the Company and act according to those;
- Ability to establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships;
- Strong management and leadership skills;
- High organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
- Personal discipline, moral behavior and efficiency of actions;
- Conflict resolution skills.
