Responsibilities
Active Measure is looking for a Client Success Coordinator, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of online research projects. This role will be managing every aspect of the project from set-up through delivery and will have constant and direct communication with clients throughout the execution of a project. This individual will also be working closely with the sales representatives and account managers to make sure projects are on track.
RequiredQualifications
- 2 years of project management experience within market research industry
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Ability to think pro-actively while under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing project budgets
- Flexibility to work on weekends (Thursday through Monday) and different time zones
