Description
Customer Experience Project Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of projects related to customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, measurement and monitoring of the CX projects (both internal and external);
- Develop detailed and viral project plans to track the progress;
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of the project management lifecycle;
- Ensure quality assurance;
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders;
- Perform other job-related duties assigned on the spot.

RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration or in a relevant field;
- Experience in telecom/ IT sphere is desirable;
- Previous experience in project management is desirable;
- PMP certification is an asset;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language.
