Responsibilities

  • Lead/supervise the client support team and direct daily operations;
  • Work with regional managers towards improvements in Client Support (Develop, implement and improve policies and procedures); 
  • Organize trainings for staff to deliver a high standard of Client Support; 
  • Handle complex client support issues; 
  • Support team in developing sales strategies and setting sales targets;
  • Assist new team members with trainings;
  • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines;
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training.

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education in Business Administration/ Management, Finance or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Team Leadership (supervisory positions);
  • In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices; 
  • Proficiency in Russian and English languages; 
  • Excellent sales skills;
  • Strong client-facing , problem solving, and communication skills; 
  • Confidence when dealing with difficult situations; 
  • Advanced troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills.
