Description
Nasdaq OMX Armenia is looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. He/ she will support business needs, ensure the proper implementation of the Company's strategy and objectives and design HR policies to serve the Company's strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization;
- Create and develop the Company policies, procedures, evaluation methodologies, employee handbook, culture book, etc.;
- Manage recruiting, selecting, onboarding and training process;
- Organize various internal and external events and team building activities;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and retention of the best people;
- Nurture a positive working environment;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs;
- Analyze compensation plans and update job descriptions;
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management.
RequiredQualifications
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or in other HR executive position;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- People oriented and results driven person;
- Ability to build excellent interpersonal relations;
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Working knowledge of Agile management practices would be a huge advantage;
- Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- In-depth knowledge of RA labor law and HR best practices;
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Jira would be an advantage.
