Responsibilities
- Develop and implement new HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Create and develop company policies, procedures, evaluation methodologies, employee handbook, culture book, etc.
- Manage recruiting, selecting, onboarding, and training process
- Organize various internal and external events, team-building activities
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of the best people
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Maintain pay plan and benefits programs
- Analyze compensation plans and update job descriptions
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management
RequiredQualifications
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- People oriented and results driven
- Ability to build excellent interpersonal relations
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of Agile Management practices would be a huge advantage
- Competency in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of RA labor law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Jira would be an advantage
