Description
Responsibilities
- Cooperate in the development, implementation and maintenance of operation of IT systems; report to KRKA IT Department Manager
- Provide technical support for IT systems/ services to users
- Perform tasks according to the policies, standards and procedures prescribed by KRKA
- Resolve malfunctions and report incidents/ requests to central service desk
- Cooperate with suppliers and external partners
- Cooperate in purchasing of new IT equipment (hardware, network and system applications)
- Provide system security and data protection
- Introduce new implementations consistent with corporate KRKA policy
- Cooperate and assist in technical projects
- Cooperate in computerized system validations
- Prepare reports, analyses and documentation
- Train users of IT systems and applications
- Record and solve equipment failures/ problems
- Ensure maintenance of software and hardware applications
- Conduct tasks in compliance with rules from the fields of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and fire safety
- Perform all other duties assigned by superiors and consistent with employee's qualifications, and needs of the work process
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in IT field
- Good knowledge of the network field such as routing and switching
- Good knowledge of computer systems and hardware
- Experience with Windows server 2012, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory and WDS
- Working experience in a relevant field is highly preferable
- Ability to be patient with users; strong skills in problem solving and troubleshooting
- Readiness to learn big amount of new information regarding the job
- Fluency in English language; good communication skills in Russian language
