Responsibilities
- Code, test, debug, implement, and document programs
- Assist in the modification of company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user
- Research and analyze existing systems and program requirements
- Develop test plans to verify the logic of new or modified programs
- Work as part of a software development team
- Plan and execute all deployment of system features and monitor for successful integration, maintaining the system throughout its lifecycle
- Mentor junior level engineers to succeed in their works
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Java Developer
- Work experience in the development of multi-layered client-server applications
- Excellent knowledge of J2SE and J2EE
- Experience with Object Oriented and design methodologies
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with any RDBMS; experience with NoSQL databases is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery is a plus
- Knowledge of git is a plus
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- Knowledge of Unix OS, shell scripting and command-line
- Ability to independently research and implement new technologies and ideas
- Ability to learn quickly new technologies and frameworks
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Experience in writing technical documentation
